How quickly will I receive my order?

All orders will be processed and shipped within 48 hours of receipt, Monday through Friday. Lil Pea does not ship on major holidays or on government holidays when the postal service is closed. Orders shipped to addresses in the United States will be shipped via United States Postal Services Priority Mail. We will provide a tracking number so you are able to track your shipment upon delivery.

Can I return custom orders?

No, all custom orders are final sale.

Will my personal information be shared with anyone?

No. Lil Pea believes that information personal to you be respected and protected. We do not disclose any information we collect to anyone. 

What forms of payment are accepted? How are payments processed? 

All credit card payments are processed through a secured server. We accept Visa and MasterCard credit cards. We can also take orders over the phone and process everything for you. Please contact us if you are having an problems.  

What is your return policy? 

Unwashed, unworn, unused, or defective merchandise may be return to Lil Pea within 30 days from the date of purchase with a copy of the original receipt. Upon receipt of merchandise, Lil Pea will refund your money in the original form of payment for price paid. Please note that we cannot accept C.O.D. deliveries. We will only refund shipping charges if we've sent the wrong item, or if the item sent is defective. To return any Lil Pea purchase by mail, pack your item(s) in the original package if possible, and included a copy of the original receipt.

All items "on sale" are final sales. If you feel that a sale item sent to you is defective or damaged in some way, please contact us.
